Excluding Sujebi(hand-pulled dough soup) and mala dry pot, I have another soul food: Chipotle. However, it failed to establish itself in Korea and disappeared with rumors. While I was feeling lonely, a brand similar to Chipotle called Kuchara emerged. Even that required taking a bus, always a hassle, to pick up the bowl because it was located far from my home. As I waited endlessly for the bus at the bus stop, there was one building that always appeared before my eyes. It was a drab gray building. But I wanted to give the building a red hue to match my preference for always sprinkling hot sauce on Kuchara. It's a humorous intersection where visual and gustatory memories merge.
